The application period runs from November 3, 2025, until December 12, 2025. Applications are on a first-come, first-served basis through local Community Action Agencies.

Crisis Component

This component, which helps with emergency situations, typically opens in early January and closes around March 31, 2026 or once funds are exhausted.
