Scholarship Incentive Program (ScIP)
The Scholarship Incentive Program (ScIP) is a need based grant of awarded to eligible Delaware students based on their level of financial need.
Students must be enrolled full-time, have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 and be in an eligible program of study at any accredited Delaware institution.

- Be classified as an undergraduate student
- Be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree program at a non-profit, regionally accredited institution
- Must demonstrate financial need as determined by the FAFSA
- Maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale.
How much award does ScIP provide?
ScIP provides awards of up to $1,000 per academic year. The award is not automatically renewable, and students must reapply each year.
How do I apply for Scholarship Incentive Program?
To be considered for a ScIP, you must submit the FAFSA no later than May 15 and complete the online application through the Delaware Higher Education Financial Aid Portal.
