Oregon SNAP

Oregon SNAP provides monthly food benefits to low-income families and individuals, including people on public assistance, older adults and people with disabilities.

Benefits are loaded onto what is called an EBT card, some also refer to it as the “Oregon Trail Card” which can be used like a debit card to buy food anywhere EBT is accepted.

Oregon requires all able-bodied SNAP recipients ages 18—64 without dependents to meet special work requirements to keep SNAP for longer than three months.1
