Oklahoma SNAP

Oklahoma SNAP helps low-income Oklahomans of all ages improve their diets by providing monthly food and nutrition assistance at no cost.

As a condition of eligibility, all SNAP recipients who aren’t exempt are required to register for work or take part in work activities for at least 20 hours per week.

Able-Bodied Adults Without Dependents (ABAWDs) must meet certain work requirements . Otherwise, receipt of benefits is limited to no more than 3 months within a 36-month period.
