South Carolina Tuition Grant
South Carolina Tuition Grant provides financial aid to South Carolina’s neediest students attending one of the 22 independent colleges and universities in the State.
Eligibility is based on financial need as determined by FAFSA, which is calculated by subtracting the Student Aid Index (SAI) from the institution’s total Cost of Attendance (COA).
Students who demonstrate financial need and meet the required academic standards may receive a maximum award of $5,000 for the 2026—2027 award year.
