Covered Connecticut
For families whose incomes are just above the limit for HUSKY Health and have not had access to affordable coverage in the past may qualify for a zero-premium, no cost-share coverage plan under Covered Connecticut (Covered CT).
The Covered CT, administered by the Department of Social Services, provides free health care coverage including dental care and non-emergency medical transportation benefits, to eligible adults and families within a specific income range.
What is the income limit for Covered CT?
Covered CT is available to parents and caregivers with a child under age 19 who have household incomes at or below 175% of the federal poverty level. For example, a family of three may qualify if their annual income is $46,638 or less.
