Iowa Tuition Grant

Iowa Tuition Grant (ITG) is a need-based allocation awarded to Iowa residents attending one of Iowa’s eligible private colleges and universities.

The ITG is typically awarded to Iowans who have a household income of less than $100,000. Priority is given to students with the greatest financial need.

In most cases, students must meet the SAI criteria for the state program eligibility to qualify. The SAI is an estimate of how much money a student or their parents can afford to pay for school.
